This booklet is a guide for young people to the Sexual Orientation Regulations 2007 in an educational context. It was written by pupils from St. Aloysius College in collaboration with the ChildLine Scotland and LGBT Youth and its publication was funded by the Equality and Human Rights Commission.

Launched at the first ever Scottish Young Carers Festival on 13 September 2008, this booklet explains young carers’ rights in school, at home and with money and benefits. It was written in collaboration with the Scottish Child Law Centre and CPAG Scotland and its publication was funded by the Scottish Legal Education Trust.

This free leaflet is an introduction to our equality and human rights case work service, which covers the whole of Scotland and deals with cases concerning discrimination against school or nursery pupils on the grounds of their disability, gender, race, religion or belief, and sexual orientation. It also covers human rights cases in schools or nurseries.
